I work to provide you with local, honest, and fair home inspections. The terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Josh Stabinski and Ausable Valley Home Inspection. I am an independent and certified home inspector who provides you with a home inspection that allows you to see the full condition of a home you currently own, or that you are looking to purchase or sell. In providing you with a certified home inspection, I am committed to protecting your privacy. I want you to understand when, how, and why I collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Personal Information I Collect And Use

I do not collect any personal information about you at my website unless you choose to provide it to me voluntarily. I do not request or recommend that you provide personal information such as your Social Security Number, date of birth, or payment information through my website. The “personal information” I may request is contact information that is unique to you and might include your phone number, email address, name, or mailing/location address. If you encounter a screen or page that requests information you do not want to share with me, do not enter the information and do not proceed with that screen or page.
If you do provide me with personal information, I will use it for the purposes described where it is collected, and I will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Ausable Valley Home Inspection.

E-Mail

I appreciate your requests for home inspection appointments and welcome your e-mail messages through contact forms and mailboxes listed on my website. I do not share your messages with anyone outside of Ausable Valley Home Inspection. I will keep a copy of your message until I have had an opportunity to address your concerns or requests, and your e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose.

Confidentiality and Security

If you submit sensitive information to me at this website, the information is not protected. Do not provide sensitive information in the message box when you use my website contact forms to “order an inspection” or “contact me”. I maintain what I believe to be appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access and use.
